Austin Psych Fest 2026 unfolds May 8–10 at The Far Out Lounge, and it’s calling for a quick road trip north. Less than two hours up I-35, you’ll find a full weekend of mind-bending sound, backyard vibes, and some of the most iconic names in modern psych.

• Friday kicks off with The Flaming Lips, delivering the kind of explosive, joyfully unhinged live show that turns a crowd into a collective experience.

• Saturday gets heavier as Austin’s own The Black Angels perform their landmark debut album Passover in full, celebrating its 20th anniversary in true dark-psych fashion.

• Sunday wraps things up on a warm, groove-forward note with Thee Sacred Souls, closing the weekend with soul, sway, and global energy.
