As we move through the aftermath of the tragic flooding that impacted Kerr County and the surrounding Hill Country, we will continue to share resources as they roll out, while also giving you some of the best local events that will help lift spirits and lend aid to our community that needs it during this time.
JUST ANNOUNCED
The San Antonio River Authority is hosting a donation drive and free concert for their Free Summer Music Series at Branch River Park in Goliad, TX on 7/12, with musical performances by Luke Prater and Trisdon Federic.
Elsewhere Garden Bar & Kitchen is partnering with South Texas Blood & Tissue for a blood drive on 7/11. Stop in and make a blood donation; it just might save a life.
Music brings people together like no other. Make your way down to Paper Tiger on 7/11 for a night of surf rock, “zest pop” with Miami-based Mustard Service and Chicano surf-goth outfit Tony Jupiter. Snag tix here.*
Out of respect for the tragic events that transpired over the 4th of July weekend, both nights of The String Cheese Incident at Whiterwater Amphitheater have been postponed. Stay tuned for a rescheduled date.
Looking ahead: just-announced shows and events from Uncle Lucius, Blackberry Smoke, The Damn Quails, Orca, Roundabout, and more.
